District 106 Educational Foundation Fun Run & Walk

The District 106 Educational Foundation is planning its 5th Annual Highlands 5K Fun Run & Walk for Saturday, August 30 at 8:30 am. The day will include a 5K run and walk, a one mile run and races for small children. A form can be viewed and printed by clicking on this link. Registration forms will also be available at the District 106 Administration Building. For more information, please call Lou Kafkes at 246.7336.

Supply Lists, Registration Forms, and Online Payment

You can now download school supply lists and student registration forms, as well as make online payment of fees, simply by clicking the Registration Link in the Main Menu.

Expedite the registration process by filling out forms and paying fees in the comfort of your own home. (Please note that registration forms must still be turned in on Registration Day, even if your fees are prepaid.)

If you do not feel comfortable paying your fees online, credit card, check, and cash payment options will also be made available during walk-in registration.

Used Computers Now Sold Out

Announcement regarding the sale of used desktop computers from District 106

UPDATED 7/30/08: ALL USED COMPUTERS ARE NOW SOLD OUT.

On July 30th, 2008 District 106 will be offering used desktop computers for sale. The schedule for the sale will be:

8:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. - District Residents Only. You must bring proof of residence in the district to purchase during this time.

1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. - If there are computers left, Open sale to the public. Notice will be posted on the District 106 website at http://www.district106.net with information about remaining machines.

There is a limit of two computers purchased per address during each sale period. District residents who wish to purchase more than two may return in the afternoon session if they wish.

There will be two configurations of eMac desktop computer for sale at the price of $50 each.

1. eMac 1.2 GHz with a 30GB hard drive and combination DVD reader/CD writer

2. eMac 1 GHz with an 80GB hard drive and DVD/CD writer
